This cookie policy applies to the website linkra.nl, operated by Linkra.
In this cookie policy, we explain which cookies and similar technologies we use, why we use them, how long they are retained and what choices you have.

2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that may be stored on your computer, phone, tablet or other device when you visit a website. Cookies can, for example, be used to make a website work correctly, remember preferences or analyse website usage.
In addition to cookies, similar technologies may be used, such as scripts, pixels and local browser storage. In this cookie policy, we refer to these technologies collectively as “cookies”.
3. What types of cookies does Linkra use?
Linkra uses the following categories of cookies:
- functional cookies;
- analytics cookies.
Linkra does not use cookies for personalised advertising, remarketing or tracking visitors across different websites for commercial profiles.
If Linkra starts using other types of cookies in the future, this cookie policy will be updated and prior consent will be requested where required by law.
4. Functional cookies
Functional cookies are necessary for the website to work properly, securely and in a user-friendly way. These cookies may be placed without prior consent when they are necessary for the website to function or for a feature you have requested.
Functional cookies may be used for:
- loading and displaying the website correctly;
- remembering your cookie preferences;
- showing or hiding the cookie notice;
- protecting forms against misuse and spam;
- ensuring that WordPress and installed plugins function correctly;
- using caching to load the website faster;
- managing a logged-in WordPress session.
Some WordPress cookies and browser settings are used only when an administrator logs into the website’s administration area. They are not normally placed for ordinary visitors.
Complianz uses functional cookies to store your consent choices. Some of these cookies have words such as “statistics”, “preferences” or “marketing” in their names. This does not mean that Linkra uses marketing cookies. These cookies only record which cookie categories you have accepted or rejected.
5. Analytics cookies and Google Analytics 4
Linkra uses Google Analytics 4 to collect general statistics about website usage.
This information allows Linkra to see, for example:
- how often the website is visited;
- which pages are viewed;
- which website or search engine visitors arrive from;
- which type of device, browser and operating system is used;
- the approximate country or region a visit originates from;
- how visitors interact with the website;
- where technical or content improvements may be possible.
Google Analytics is only activated after you have consented to analytics cookies through the cookie notice. Without this consent, Google Analytics cookies are not placed.
Google Analytics may process the following data, among other things:
- pages visited and page titles;
- date and time of the visit;
- duration and progression of a session;
- referring website or traffic source;
- device type;
- browser and operating system;
- approximate location data, such as country or region;
- interactions with the website;
- pseudonymous browser and session identifiers.
Linkra does not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, contact form content or other directly identifying data to Google Analytics.
Linkra has not implemented User-ID to recognise visitors across different devices and does not link Google Analytics data to contact form data or customer data.
6. Google Analytics privacy settings
Linkra has configured Google Analytics with privacy-limiting settings. This includes the following:
- Google’s applicable data processing terms have been accepted;
- the optional data sharing settings with Google are disabled;
- Google Signals is not used;
- advertising personalisation is disabled;
- Google Analytics is not used for remarketing;
- no audiences are shared with Google Ads;
- no User-ID is sent;
- no directly identifying data is sent to Google Analytics;
- the retention period for user and event data is set to 2 months.
The 2-month retention period applies to user and event data available for certain detailed analyses. Aggregated data in standard reports may remain available for longer.
Google states that Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses of visitors from the European Economic Area. An IP address may briefly be used to derive an approximate location, such as a country or region, and is then deleted. Linkra does not have access to a visitor’s full IP address through Google Analytics.
Although Linkra uses Google Analytics with privacy-limiting settings, Linkra does not treat the processing as fully anonymous. Linkra therefore requests prior consent before Google Analytics is activated.
7. Google Analytics cookies
After you have given consent, Google Analytics may place the following cookies, among others:

The retention period of a cookie in your browser is separate from the retention period for user and event data within Google Analytics. You can delete these cookies at any time through your browser settings.
8. Consent for analytics cookies
Functional cookies are placed without prior consent insofar as they are necessary for the operation, security or features of the website you have requested.
Linkra requests prior consent for Google Analytics cookies through the cookie notice. Without consent, these analytics cookies are not placed.
Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect the normal operation of the website.
You can withdraw your consent or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the website. After you withdraw consent, Google Analytics will no longer be activated on future visits unless you give consent again.
Complianz retains your cookie preference for up to 12 months. You may then be asked to choose again. Linkra may also request consent again earlier if the cookies, purposes or settings change significantly.

The overview below lists the cookies and similar technologies that Linkra currently uses on the public website. Cookies and settings used only when an administrator is logged into WordPress are not included in this overview.

Google Analytics 4 is only activated after you have consented to analytics cookies. Linkra uses Google Analytics to collect general website statistics, such as visits, pages viewed, sessions and traffic sources.

Google Analytics is not used for personalised advertising, remarketing or creating commercial visitor profiles. Without consent for analytics cookies, the Google Analytics cookies listed above are not placed.
10. Google and transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google Analytics is provided by Google and its affiliated companies, including Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC.
Google may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Google states that, where applicable, it uses recognised transfer mechanisms for international transfers, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

11. Managing and deleting cookies
You can change your choice for analytics cookies via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website.
You can also view, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The exact procedure differs between browsers and devices.
If you block functional cookies, some parts of the website may not work as well. If you reject or delete analytics cookies, the website remains usable as normal.
